My day

A lazy day today – My daughters friend slept over last night and we had home made pancakes for a sort of brunch- yummy.

Had a long chat with my Dh on Msn which was nice – its been a long week without him- he should be home late monday night if the flights go to plan or maybe he will end up in spain or some such place if the journey there is anything to go by.  Popped into town later and got the kids a few things – they just keep growing don’t they . We where going  to the cinema  but honestly there wasn’t a lot on so we went and hired a few dvd’s out instead- Ds1 picked Hook – AGAIN- He has watched it so many times- we had recorded it but missed the beginning and just recently took it of the dvd player.

I got a supposedly scary one out to watch when the kids had gone to bed- it was an 18 so thought there would be a few hair raising moments – I think the fact Im blogging when its on says a lot -Boring. Safe to let my teens watch -who would be scared of a few zombie type people. But at £5 for 3 for a week  and a bag of pop corn it was alot cheaper than the cinema.

Church , Sunday school and youth fellowship tomorrow sometimes i think Sundays can be too busy doing and not enough time being with God so Im praying for some  quality quiet time tomorrow .
